Insight
Through a single platform, Juniper provides patients with access to their Juniper doctor, dietitian support, advice from health coaches, a supportive community, educational modules, weight tracking, an exclusive app, and more. This comprehensive support system makes the difference between losing a few kilos and maintaining a new, healthier, and happier way of life.
Idea
We follow Juniper patients in their everyday lives on the program, observing how they interact with the Juniper app during key moments when they need support, motivation, or encouragement. These interactions highlight the ongoing support and seamless integration of the app, medication support, and health coaches throughout their day. This approach demonstrates how the app makes patients feel as if they have a coach in their pocket, guiding them on their journey.

Execution
Featuring 2 real Juniper patients of different ages and ethnicities, we bring the app's UI to life with motion, in-app sound effects, and quick cuts. The video is voiceover-led, incorporating patient testimonials delivered directly to the camera. Pre-prepared questions for each pillar foster authentic dialogue, which can be complemented with b-roll footage.
